The college, which was started with just three courses in the year 2000-2001, is the fastest knowledge - disseminating light house among the arts and science colleges in South India now has 13 Under Graduate courses, 6 Post Graduate Courses, 2 Research Programmes and 1 Diploma Course affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University
Besides
the College conducts variousJob Oriented Certificate Courses
with a view to help the students to acquire additional skills, which will help their
academic pursuit and also to increase their employment opportunities. The Certificate
courses on Industrial
Safety, Safety Matches and Fireworks have been more specifically developed,
offered and approved by Madurai Kamaraj University to suit the local needs.
