How to Apply:
• The application form and prospectus can be obtained from our College office by paying Rs.40/- in person.
• Those who want to have the application form and prospectus by post, they should send Money Order or Demand Draft for Rs.55/- in favour of Sri Kaliswari College, Sivakasi.
• Cheques and Postal Orders will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The candidates selected for admission should pay the fees in full within the date specified in the admission Card, failing which he/she will forfeit the seat.
• The filled-in application should be sent within 10 days from the publication of HSC results. Applications will be received even beyond the date provided seats are left vacant.
Separate Application should be made for each course.
Admission is subject to verification of mark sheets by the Director of Government Examinations, Tamilnadu and if the mark sheet is found to be wrong, admission will be cancelled and criminal action will be instituted. Usual norms for reservation as prescribed by the Government of Tamilnadu will be followed for admission.
The selected candidates should produce the following Certificates at the time of admission.
1. Original Mark Statement of HSC Examination together with 4 Nos. of attested Xerox copies of the same.
2. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from Head of Institution last studied.
3. Attendance Certificate
4. Community Certificate - Attested Xerox copy only
5. Statement of Blood Group
6. Passport Size Photo
7.One Passport size photograph of Father and mother.
8. Ration Card- Xerox Copy.
9.Eligibility Certificate obtained from M.K.University(those who have appeared for +2 exam in other state).
The students are advised to keep with them sufficient number of Xerox copies of all the Original Certificates submitted to the College office.
