                              Sri Kaliswari Trust formed by Sri Kaliswari Group of Companies of nation's leading fireworks, safety matches, pyrotechnics, metal powder industries etc. is registered under the provisions of the Income Tax Act 1961 (as amended from time to time). It was established solely for the public and charitable purposes comprising relief to poor, education, medical relief and the advancement of any other object of general public utility not involving the carrying on of any activity by for profit and not having any distinction between castes, creed, sex, religion and community but upon the people at large. Sri Kaliswari Trust has started this college with sheer dedication to higher quality education and vision to contribute highly talented youth, capable to make the nation a better one. The Trust started this Arts and Science College with the approval of the Tamilnadu Government (G.O.No.190, dt.07.06.2000)
