Department of Hotel Management has 6 Laboratories

             21’ * 30’ Sized Basic Training Kitchen well Equipped with special equipments like deep fat fryer, Salamander, Griller, Modern working table with range, Deep freezer, Ice cube maker.

                21’ * 30’ Sized Bakery Department specially equipped with triple deck oven, dough mixer, bread slicer, Hand beater, various moulds for cakes and cookies

16’ * 14.9’ Sized Air-conditioned Model Guest room well furnished with double bed with side lamp, dressing table, mini fridge, mock rest room, television and various sizes towels and flower arrangement equipments.

                21’ * 30’ Sized Front office lab equipped specially with mock reception counter, maids cart, clocks showing different GMTs,

               60.9’ * 21’ Sized Training Restaurant specially equipped with mock bar counter with different glasses, Bain Marie, Chaffing dishes, garbage disposing counter  

                30’ * 32.6’ Sized Quantity Training Kitchen Equipped with Modern range with working table and separate training butchery section, Tandoori pot, skewers and various equipments for bulk food preparation

Hotel Management and Catering Science Lab:

Front Office (630 sq.ft.)

          A well furnished room with a decorated receptionist cabin and modern furniture.

Bakery & Confectionery (630 sq.ft.)

          It has an imported German oven and a Dough mixer with marble working tables.

Basic Training Kitchen (1,923.6 Sq.ft.)

          It is equipped with modern working tables, electric oven, salamander, juice, coffee maker, microwave oven, table top wet grinder, blender, electric deep                   fryer, pasta machine and separate Butchery table.

 Guest Room (630 Sq.ft.)

           The Guest Room is well furnished with the washing machine, detachable bathroom with WC, double bed and television and DVD player.

Training Restaurant (1,278.9 sq.ft.)It is a modern training restaurant in a 1,278.9 sq.ft. Room with a bar and pantry with equipment like Bain-marie, spoon sterilizers, guerdon trolley and plate warmer.
